ORDER PROCESSING

  • Orders, returns and exchanges are processed and shipped Monday through Friday.
  • Please allow 2-3 days from the time of purchase for your item to ship.
  • You will receive an email from our store with tracking information once your item has shipped.


SHIPPING

  • Once your item has shipped, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
  • You can choose to purchase expedited shipping at checkout.
  • We ship to the United States and some international countries.
  • We are unable to control the taxes and customs fees you may incur when receiving an international package. 
  • If a package is sent back to us, due to no one claiming it from customs, we will not issue a refund.


RETURNS

We are unable to process returns on products that have been opened and unsealed. If you have an unopened and sealed product and would like to request a return, we are happy to review your situation. However, we reserve the right to refuse a return for any reason, at our discretion.

We are unable to process returns for international orders due to customs regulations. 


EXCHANGES

We are unable to process exchanges under any circumstances.


SALE ITEMS

Items purchase during flash sales, sale and discount items are final sale. We are unable to offer returns, refunds or exchanges on these items.
